Pork Roast
•2 tbsp. sesame seeds •3 or 4 green onions sliced •1/2 c. ketchup •1/4 c. soy sauce •2 tbsp. ground ginger • 2 tbsp. molasses (any type) •1/2 tsp. curry powder •1/2 tsp. black pepper •1 c. water •2 tbsp. wine vinegar •4lbs. Pork shoulder roast •3 tbsp. flour for gravy, if desired (BLOGDE recommends, it makes killer gravy) Marinate overnite and throw it all in the crock pot in the am, and let it cook on low heat for 9 hours.
